for a chance to qualify for the 2010 World Cup Finals.
Stage One
Ten teams were split into two pools of five teams.
Pool A
Cook Islands,  Fiji, 
New Caledonia,  Tahiti,
 Tuvalu.
Pool B
American Samoa,  Samoa, 
Solomon Islands,  Tonga,  Vanuatu.
Stage Two
New Zealand were joined by the three medalists from Stage One.
New Zealand.

Vanuatu.
The winner of Stage Two (New Zealand) plays one of the two,
third-placed teams from Asia (Bahrain); for a chance to
qualify for the 2010 World Cup Finals.
