The Bus Center - JR Niigata Station - Airport route takes about

Taxis from JR Niigata Station take around 20 mins and cost about 3,000
yen.
By Train
The Joetsu Shinkansen super-express train from Tokyo takes around 1hr
40mins.
By Road
Driving on the Kan-etsu Expressway from Tokyo takes around 4 hours.
