Purchasing timeshare directly from the resort is usually very
expensive. There is another option, however. Purchasing from an existing owner can save
you thousands and they are available at all the same resorts as conventional vacation
property. When owners sell timeshare, vacationers have an opportunity to save between 30
and 70% on great property.
So why doesn't everybody do this? A couple of reasons: Most people
don't know about timeshare resales and also because of scams. Scammers have tainted the
timeshare industry and that drives people away, but there are reliable companies out there
that will help you.

Finding a reliable company is not a difficult task. In fact, it is
much easier to find a reliable one than a scam. That does not mean you shouldn't be
careful though.
Legitimate companies will have a good record with the Better Business Bureau and third party statistics
illustrating how good they are at their job.
Let's say I want to sell my timeshare, I will obviously find the
company that is going to sell my property the quickest but I want to also get the most for
my property.
As a buyer, if you find the best company out there, you
should also find
the best property on the market.
