Huddersfield Town
Established: 1908.
Nickname: The Terriers.
Founded in 1908, Huddersfield Town were managed
by Bill Shankly in the 1950s before he went on to become a legend at
Liverpool.
A couple of talented young players in Bill Shankly's
Huddersfield side were Denis Law and Ray Wilson, a member of the England
team that won the
1966 World Cup.

Kirklees Stadium replaced the old Huddersfield home
at Leeds Road, in 1994.
Located north-east of Huddersfield train station,
the stadium is about twenty five minutes walk from the centre of
Huddersfield.
For those arriving by car, Huddersfield is off the
M62; between Manchester and Leeds.

Huddersfield became the first English club to
win three successive league titles, in 1926. Only three other clubs have
