From Clovis, take State Highway 168 through Shaver
Lake. Huntington Lake, located just below the alpine level at 7,000 feet in the High
Sierras, is at the end of the highway; with Forest Service Roads providing access to
facilities on the lake.
Kings River Expeditions:
Twin Pines Camp, the home of Kings River Expeditions, is above Pine Flat Reservoir located
in the Sierra and Sequoia National Forests, about an hour and a half's drive east of
Fresno, on the bank of the Upper Kings River.

Kingsburg
The City of Kingsburg is nestled in the middle of the San Joaquin
Valley, halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco - near Yosemite, Kings River and
Sequoia National Park.
This historic California settler town is full of charming character;
clearly visible in its quaint shops and beautiful old-world architecture.
Mendota
Mendota has its origins in
the railroad industry. In 1891, Mendota thrived as a Southern Pacific Railroad storage and
switching facility site. The first post office opened in 1892, and the City incorporated
in 1942.
Parlier
Parlier is ideally situated in
central California; 210 miles north of Los Angeles and 199 miles south of San Francisco.
Reedley
Rafting near Reedley is perfect for whitewater adventure.
Starting high in the Southern Sierra, the Kings River surges through
Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks; churning out thrilling rapids in its lower
reaches. Never exceeding Class III, however, this whitewater rafting destination provides
ideal family fun.
Scenic and wild, the land near Sequoia National Forest is pleastly
preserved, so that the natural beauty is kept pure and clean.

and smallmouth bass.
