  We loved our trip! Having a driver for the four of us was perfect. Highlights included seeing the country, experiencing and learning more about the cities of Chefchouan, Fes, Merzouga and Marrakesh. The camel ride and the night in the desert was amazing as well! • Morocco Update ? Oct 6 ? Riad Inspections Complete
  We just heard from our team on the ground in Morocco: Inspections have been done on all the riads in Marrakech and in the mountain areas.  So I would say that if a client asks about safety of buildings in Marrakech, you can just reassure them that Inspections have been done and either have cleared riads to re-open or told that they need to do repairs.  Inspections by our team Jill & Sera went to Marrakech and visited 18 of the riads that […] The post Morocco Update ?   Over the past few days our team on the ground has been collecting videos from Marrakech and around the country.   We continue to monitor the situation on the ground in Morocco. We have a number of groups touring around Morocco at the moment. We asked them for thoughts on Morocco and traveling.   Our team on the ground has been calling around the country to find out the status of some of the key sites. This morning Jill was about to speak to people in Ait Benhaddou & Todra Gorges. They have said that the sites are open for visits. Ait Benhaddou had a little damage but the site is open & people are walking around the old Kasbah.   We continue to monitor the situation around Morocco. Our team on ground (Jill in Fes) has been calling all of the different riads and hotels to find out if they are fine and if they have been impacted.   Our team in Morocco has been in touch with both drivers, riad owners and clients on the ground. We have heard that some of the tourism sites like Bahia Palace and Sadian Tombs are closed but the Majorelle Gardens are open. The big square (Jemaa El Fna) was open in the evening.
